Aim

The main goal of the programme is to contribute to the territorial cohesion of the area through the reinforcement of cooperation between the European Union Member States of the Atlantic seaboard. This will enable the creation of concrete progress in terms of development of the economic knowledge, heritage valorisation and maritime resources, emergence of new economic activity clusters, promotion of accessibility and logistic conditions, sustainable development and polycentrism.

Northern Ireland whole country , Ireland  whole country, Atlantic areas of Spain, France, Portugal and mainland United Kingdom.

4.1: Pool resources and skills in the field of sustainable urban and rural development
