WELCOME TO THE
CONSULTATION ON THE DRAFT OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR THE INTERREG IV PROGRAMME
The two governments involved in the programme have asked the Special EU Programmes Body to conduct a public consultation on the draft Operational Programme for INTERREG IV under European Union's Territorial Cooperation Programme 2007-2013.
The consultation on the draft Operational Programme on the INTERREG IV Programme will be from 5 February 2007 and will conclude on 30 April 2007.
The consultation website contains the full Draft Operational Programme for INTERREG IV; a Consultation Document with the key questions to which we would like your response and a summary of the draft programme . You can download these documents from the link on the right-hand side of this page.
We would like your views on the questions outlined in the consultation document and any other comments you may wish to make by the 30 April 2007. The consultation document contains details of how you can send your comments to us.
We have included information which may help you. You will find this information in the INTERREG Programme Documents and the Policy Documents sections. If you have other documents or links which you think would help the consultation , please send details to us and we will place them on the website.
We intend to publish the responses you send us. Please tell us if you do not want us to publish your response. We will provide copies of un-published responses under Freedom of Information legislation. You can read published responses in the Responses Received section.
We have asked some of our stakeholder organisations to organise a series of consultation events amongst their members and members of the public. Details of these events are available by following the link on the right-hand side of this page ( Schedule of Meetings ).
Towards the end of the consultation period, we will hold a major conference when we will share the comments from each stakeholder sector. Attendance at this conference will be by invitation only and 40% of the places will be available to members of the public on a first come first served basis. We will publish details of how to apply for places at this conference in the Public Notices section of the Belfast Telegraph, Irish News, and Irish Times.
A PowerPoint presentation outlining the Draft Operational Programme is available under the Consultation Presentation section.
We look forward to receiving your comments.
